NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th July, 1978

S.O. 451(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act, 1961 (47 of 1961), the Central Government, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby increases with immediate effect the authorised capital of the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation from two crores of rupees to ten crores of rupees,
