896 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Sec. 3(ii)] Board of Management of the said factory subject to the following terms and conditions, namely :—(i) The Board shall comply with all directions issued from time to time by the Central Government;
(ii) the Board shall hold office upto and inclusive of 12th
September, 1979;
(iii) the Central Government may terminate the appoint- ment of tht Board or of any of the persons compris- ing ihe Board earlier, if it considers necessary to do so.
2. The Board of Management shall consist of the following,

S.O. 454(E).—-Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 AA of the industries (Deve- lopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government, in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development Order Mo. S.O. 56(E)/ 18AA/1DRA/75 dated the 23rd January, 1976 authorised the body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of the aforesaid order' (hereinafter referred to as the earlier Hoard) to takeover the management of the Amritsar Oil Works, Amritsiar a fac- tory of the undertaking known as Amritsar Sugar Mills Com- pany Limited, Amritsar (hereinafter referred to as the said factory);
And whereas the earlier Board tookover the management for a period upto and inclusive of 12th September 1979 and have been holding office as such subject to the right of the Central Government to terminate the same earlier.
And whereas the Central Government considers it necessary to terminate the appointment of the earlier Board and to authorise instead [he body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order as the Board of Management ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section I8AA of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby terminates the appointment of the earlier Board us authorised person and authorities instead the body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order as (he 1.
