NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th July, [978

G.S.R. 375(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 and article 299(1) of the Constitution and all other powery enabling him in this behalf, the President is pleased to make the following rule :

Alt orders and instruments, and all contracts made by the President, with the Socialist Peoples Libyan Arab Jamabiriya, Secretariat of Electricity, shall be executed on behalf of the President by the Minister for Industry.
