ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st July, 1978

S.O. 460(E)/15/lpRA/78.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S. O. 431(E)/15/IDRA/73 dated the 10th August, 1973.
