G.S.R 379(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rules (3) and (4) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby reappoinls Shri A. J. S. Sodhi, loint Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Agriculture, to be a. director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India for a term of two years with effect from lie 24th July, 1978.
