LIGHTHOUSES AND LIGHTSHIPS
S.O. 463(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Lighthouse Act, 1927 (17 of 1927), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No. S O. 302CE), dated the 15th April, 1976, the Central Government hereby directs that, with effect from She day following the expiration of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, light-dues shall bo payable at all potffe in India in respect of ships described ia column (1) of the Schedule hereto annexed at the rates prescribed in column (2) thereof.
