NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 24th July, 1978
G.S.R. No. 380(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 245 B of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Bunking (Revenue Wing) G.S.R. No. 310(E) dated the 30ih April, 1976, namely :—
In the said notification, in item (ii), for the words and letters "Shri C. C. Ganapathy", the words "Shri Surcndra Nurayan" sihall be substitute!.

G.S.R. 381(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22B of (he Wealth-tax Act, 1957 (27 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking (Revenue Wing) G.S.R. No. 309(E) dated the 30th April, 1976, namely :—
Tn the said notification, in item (ii), for the words and letters ''Shri C. C, Ganapathy", the words "Shri Surendra Narayan" shall be substituted.
