सा. का. नि. 384 (अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्स शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची के अध्याय 27 के अन्तर्गत आनं वाले कांककारी कांयर्स ( न्यून राख धातु, कार्मीय कोयला ) को, जब उसका भारत में आयात किया जाए, 一
(क ) उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उस पर उङ्ग्रहणीय समस्त सीमा- शुल्क से , औग्

(ख ) उक्त सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उस पर उक् महणीय समस्त अतिरिक्त शुल्क से, छूट देती है ।
यह अधिसूचना 30 जून, 1979 तक, जिसमें यह दिन भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।

CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 384 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts coking coal ( low ash metallurgical coal ) , falling within Chapter 27 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tarifi Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975 ) , when im- ported into India from
(a) the whole of the duty of customs leviable thercon which is specifi- ed in the said First Schedule ; and
(b) the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the second mentioned Act .
The - notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day of June, 1979 .

सा. का. नि. 385 ( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधिनियम , 1978 (1978 का 19 ) की धारा 35 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित्त सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं . 96 -सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 12 मई , 1978 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात् :-
क्रम सं. 206 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्ट्यों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अन्तः- स्थापित्त किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
" 207 सं . 142-सीमा -शुल्क, तारीख 28-7-78 " ।

G.S.R. 385 (E ) .In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub- section (4) of section 35 of the Finance Act , 1978 ( 19 of 1978 ) the Central Govern ment being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 96 - Cus- toms dated 12th May , 1978 , namely : -
In the Schedule to the said notification , after serial number 206 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely
" 207 - No . 142-Customs dated 28th July , 1978 " .
