केन्द्रीय उत्पावन शुल्क
सा० का० नि० 387 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 37 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम , 1944 में और भागे संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( 12वां संशोधन) नियम 1978 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्न में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगें ।
2. केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 में, नियम 3 के खण्ड ( क ) में उपखण्ड ( घ) और ( ङ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रख्ने जायेंगे अर्थात्:--
" ( घ ) केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क कलक्टर, मद्रास, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क कलक्टर , मैसूर , केन्द्रीय उत्पाव-शुल्क कलक्टर, मदुरै, और सीमा -शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क कलक्टर , कोचीन , के अधीनस्थ किसी केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिकारी के आवेश या विनिश्चय के सम्बन्ध में, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क कलक्टर ( अपील ) , मद्रास ।
(ङ) केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क कलक्टर , हैदराबाद और केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क कलक्टर , गुंटूर , के अधीनस्थ किसी केन्द्रीय उत्पाद - शुल्क अधिकारी के श्रावेश या विनिश्चय के में सीमा- शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क कलक्टर (अपील ) हैदराबाद । " सम्बन्ध

New Delhi , the 28th July , 1978
CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 387(E) .In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Excise Rules , 1944, namely :-
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Central Excise ( 12th Amendment) Rules, 1978 .
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Central Excise Rules , 1944, in rufe 2, in clause ( iia) for sub - clauses ( d) and ( e) , the following sub - clauses shall be substituted, namely :-
"(d) in relation to an order or decision of an officer of Central Excise subordinate to the Collector of Central Excise , Madras ; the Collector of Central Excise, Mysore ; Collector of Central Excise , Madurai and Collector of Customs and Central Excise , Cochin , the Appellate Collector of Central Excise, Madras;
(e) in relation to an order or decision of an officer of Central Excise subordinate to the Collector of Central Excise , Hyderabad and Collector of Central Excise, Guntur, the Appellate Collector of Customs and Central Excise , Hyderabad . " .
