का० प्रा० 475 ( प्र ) आयात एवं निर्यात नियंक्षण अधिनियम 1947, ( 1947 का 16 ) के खण्ड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग कर सरकार, त. और श्राभूषण के पंजीकृत निर्यातक और स्वर्णकारों कारीगरोंकारी समितियों को , इस आवेश में संलग्न अनुबंध में यथा सूची रत्न और आभूषण उद्योग के लिए अपेक्षित, मशीनरी, उपस्कर, परं। वह ७५ংশ পাখার পাং পর। को दक्षिणी अफोका/ दक्षिणी- पश्चिमी अफ्रीका संघ , रोडेशिया और चीन के तिब्बत प्रवेशों को छोड़कर किसी भी देश को निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन श्रायात करने की अनुमति प्रदान करती हैं :--
(1) आयात किए गए ऐसे भाल का उत्पादन या विनिर्माण दक्षिणी अफीका/दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी अफ्रीका संघ रोडेशिया श्रौर चीन के तिब्बती देश में नहीं किया गया है ।
(2) ऐसे माल का लदान 31 मार्च, 1979 को या इससे पूर्व, बिना किसी वृद्धि अवधि के जो भी कुछ हो , भारत को प्रेषण के माध्यम से किया जाता है ।

( 3 ) वास्तविक उपयोक्ता शर्तों के अधीन आयात की अनुमति केवल, रत्न और आभूषण संवर्धन परिषद् और स्वर्णकारों एवं कारीगरों की सहकारी समितियों के पास विधिवत पंजीकृत निर्यातकों को दी जाएगी ।
(4) जब ऐसा माल अश्यात किया जा रहा हो, उम समय उनके आयात को प्रभाषी करने वाले लागू कोई निषेध या विनियमन उम लाइसेंस के लिए माल को प्रभावित नहीं करेंगे ।

Open General Licence No. 12/78
as S.O. 475 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec- tion 3 of Imports & Exports (Control ) Act 1947, (18 of 1947) , the Central Government gives general permission for import of machinery , equipment , testing apparatus tools and implements required for Gem and Jewellery industry listed in the Annexure to this Order , by Registered Exporters of gem and jewellery and Cooperative Societies of gold- smiths and artisans , from any country except the Union of South Africa/South - West Africa , Rhodesia and the ' Tibet Region of China , subject to the following conditions :-
(i ) The goods so imported have not been produced or manufactured in the Union of South Africa/ South -West Africa , Rhodesia and the Tibet Region of China .
( ii) Such goods are shipped on through consignments to India on or before 31st March , 1979 , without any grace period , what- so- ever ,
( ii) The import shall be allowed only to exporters duly registered with Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council and Co- operative Societies of goldsmiths and artisans and shall be subject to "Actual User " condition.
( iv ) Nothing in this licence shall affect the applicationto any goods , of any other prohibition or milation affecting the import thereof, in force , at the time when such goods are imported .
