IMPORT TRADK CONTROL
LS.O. 476(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec- tion 3 of Imparts & Exports (Control) Act, 1947. (18 of 1947), the Central Government gives general permission for import of goods listed in the Annexure to this Order, by nil persons, from any country except the Union of South Africa/ South-West Africa, Rhodesia and the Tibet Resign of China, subject to the following conditions :—
(i) The goods so imported have no.tl been produced or manufactured in the Union of South Africa/South- West Africa, Rhodesia and the Tibet Region of China.
(ii) Such goods are shipped on through consignments to India on or before 31st March, 1979, without any grace period, what-so-ever.
(iii) Nothing in t'his Licence shall effect (he application to any goods, of any other prohibition or regulation, affecting the import thereof, in foce, at the time when such goods are imported.

Devices (other than tlhc By all persons

coloured condoms, diaphragms,
jelly and foam .tablets, as
approved by Drugs Controller
of India, New Delhi.
