Subject: Export of Cummin sieeds powder and turmeric powder, in consumer
packs.
File No. 28/3/78-EI.—Attention is invited to Department of Commerce
Public Notice No. 38-ETC(PN)/78 dated 9-6-1978 on the above subject.
2. It may be clarified that the phrase "Consumer pack" referred to therein
means packs, of a nett weight of one kilogramme or less.
3. On a review of the situation, it has been further decided in this regaid
that theve shall be a minimum export price of Rs, 11 per kilogram f.o.b.
