सा.का.नि. 390 ( अ) , केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम. 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग , की अधिसूचना सं. 13-सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 7 जनवरी, 1978 को विखंडित करती हैं ।

1962 G.S.R. 390(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

1978 सा.का.नि. 391 (अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधिनियम. (1978 का 19) की धारा 35 की उपधारा (4 ) के साथ पठित सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) दुवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अपना यह समाधान हे जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लांक हित में आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 96-सीमा-शुल्क तारीख 12 मई, 1978 में निम्नलिखित और संशंधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम सं . 171 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया आग्गा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52) of 1962) , read with sub - section ( 4) of section 35 of the Finance Act. 1978 ( 19 of 1978 ) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do . hereby makes the following further amendment in Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 96 -Customs, dated the 12th May, 1978 , namely :- the
In the Schedule to the said notification Serial No. 171 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
