8.O. 477(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 31 of the Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963 and in continuation to tho notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S. O. 421 (E) dated, 1st luly, 1978, the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Daljit Singh, Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Labour, New Delm as the Iron Ore Mines Cess Commissioner from 1st August, 1978 to 3Jsfl August, 1978,
