ORDER
S.O. 483(E),~—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (hi) of sub-section (1) of tection 80 of the Gold (Control) Act, 19G8 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby directs that a person aggrieved by any decision or order made under the said Act by a Gold Control Officer functioning with the jurisdiction of the Collector of Central Excise, Hyderabad or of the Collector of Central Excise, Guntur, may prefer an appeal against sLich decision or order, within the time specified in the said section SO, to the Appellate Collector of Customs and Cenjral Excise, Hyderabad.
