S.O, 489(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No, 91-Customs, dated 1st March, 1963, namely :—

In the Table below the said notification, in column I, for the words. "Appellate Collector of Customs, Hyderabad", the words "Appellate Collector of Customs and Central Excise, Hyderabad' shall be substituted,[Notification No. 150/F. No. 437/7/78-Cus. IV] S.
