IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

ORDER NO. 24/78 New Delhi, the 4th August, J978

S.O. 490(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Acl, 1947 (IS of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to (he Open General Licence No. 5/7S issued under 1TC Order No. 11/78, dated (he 3rd April, 1978.

2. In the Schedule to the aaid Open General Licence, the following amend-

ments shall be made :—

(1) The following additional entry shall be made after the existing entry

36 :—

"36-A. Soda Ash."

(ii) The following shall be added at the end :—

"National Agricultural Co-operative Marketing Federation of India

Limited (NAFED).

66. Fresh fruits."
