EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

Subject:—Export of Cummin seeds ponder and Turmeric Powder, in Con-

sumer packs.¹.

F. No. 28/3/78-EI.—Attention is invited to the Department of Commerce Public Notices No. 38-ETC(PN") /78 tinted 9-6-1978 No. 48-ETC(PN)/78 dated 29-7-1978 as amended by Public Notice No. 5O-KTC(PN)/78 dated 2-8-1978, regarding export of Turmeric Powder and Cummin Seeds Powder in consumer packs.

On a review of the situation, it has further been decided that there shall be a minimum export price of Rs, 16 per kg. f.o.b. in the case of Cummin Seeds Powder in consumer packs.
