ORDER

New Delhi, the 7th August, 1978

S.O, 497(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (i) of section 1RFB of the Industries (Development and regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. 3O2(E)/18FB/lDRA/78 dated the 2nd May, namely :—

In the said order, in Iht last paragraph—

(i) for the wordj "industrial undertaking or the company owning such industrial undertaking", the words "industrial undertaking" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the words "industrial undertaking or company shall", the words

"industrial undertaking fhall" shall be substituted.
