S.O. 5I1(E).—In pursuance of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Order of the Government of India in the kite Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals, Mines and Metal's (Department of Mines and Metals) No. S.O. 1873, dated, the 18th May, 1970, namely :—
In the Table appended to the said Order, against item 7 relating to Chlo- nimphenicol, in column 2, for the existing entries, the following shall be sub- stituted, namely :—•
"(H) For basic manufacturers.
(i) Rs. 558.00 per kg. (where the bulk drug is used in the formula-]
tions manufactured by the same manufacturer) ;
(ii) Rs. 586,00 per kg. (For sale to others).
(b) For units engaged in conversion of I..—Base into Chlbramphenicol.
Rs, 460.00 per kg."
