ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 512(E)/No. F(C)O. I977/AM(68).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control1) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Hxnoits (Control)
Thirty-fourth Amendment Order, 1978.
"(xiii)—Chrome ores and concentrates the follow- ing :—•
1. Lumpy chromite ore with Cr^O, not exceeding 39.99 per cent or CraO, not exceeding 41.99 per cent provided Cr : Fe ratio is less than 2.2 and Si Oa is more than 10 per cent;
2. Chromite fines or friable ore with Cri O, not ex-
ding 46.9 per cent ;
3. Chromite fines or friable ore with Crs O" 47 per
cent and above ;
4. High Fe Low grade chromite with Cn O, not exceeding 25 per cent and Fe O not less than 23 per cent ; and
5. fieneficiated chromite concentrates produced by processing of low grade chromite oro contain- ing CraO, not exceeding 31.99 per cent in natural form",
