NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd August, 1978
G.S.R. 421(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-sectioo (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rule (3) of rule 3 of the Food Corporation Rules. 1965, the Centra] Government hereby appoints Shri Ram Cfaaran on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, established under the said Act, in place of Shri M. A. Khan and directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India In (he late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely :~
In the said notification for vntry 10, the following entry shall be substi-
tuted, namely :—
"10. Shri Ram Charan, Mohalia Sarai Murtiza Khan, Khurja, District
Bulandshahar. (U.P.)."
