S.O. 514 (E). /I8E/IDRA/78.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No: S. O. 266 (E)/l8A/IDRA/78 dated the 13th April, 1978, issued under section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951> the Cential Government has authorised a Body of persons to take over the Management of Messrs. Inchek Tyres Limited, Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial under- taking) for the period specified therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- sectioa<2) of section 18E of the said Act, the Central Govern, ment hereby specifies, in the Schedule annexed hereto the excep- tions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the Com- panies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), shall continue to apply to the said industrial undertaking in the same manner as it applied thereto before the issue of the Order under section ISA.

O. 266 (E)/18A/IDRA/78 dated the 13th April, 1978 namely:—
In the said Order under the heading "Members" a—
(1) for serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto, the follow ing serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"4. Shri S.K. Bhattacharyya,
Assistant General Manager,
Industrial Finance Corporation of India,
4, Mangoe Lane,
Calcutta-700001."
(2) after serial No. 5, the following serial number shall be inserted, namely.—
"6. Shri A. Choudhury,
