G.S.R. 424(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hsreby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in til* Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 5/66-Ccntral Excises, dated the 15th January, 1966, namely :—

In the said notification, for. the words "twenty-one rupees and fifty-six paise", the words "four rupees and ninety-five paisc" shall be subs- tituted(No. 158/78-CE] R. K. CHANDRA, Under Secy.
