G.S.R. 425(E).~-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs ttrat the powers conferred on it by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of sec- tion 3 of the said Act be exercisablo also by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the State of Andhra Pradesh in relation to regulating distribution and transport of the following two kinds of fertilisers, namely : —
{ i) Calcium Ammonium Nitrate,
(ii) Calcium Ammonium Nitrate.
