ORDER
New Delhi, the 23rd August, 1978
G.S.R. 426(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957, namely :—
(1) This order may be called the Ferliliser (Control) Amendment Order, 1978.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official
Gazette,
2. In the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957, after tho proviso, to suo-clause
(1) of clause 5, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely .—
"Provided further that nothing contained in this sub-clause shall apply to the Food Corporation of India established under Section 3 of the Food. Corporation Act, 1964 (37 of 1964)."
