No. DRAWBACK/VN-39/78.—Under rule 4 of the Customs und Cential Bxciso Duties Diawback. Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F, No. 602/2/70-DBK published in Iho Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), tho Cential Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October. 1971, aa amended from time to tune :—
1. In the column 'Rate of diawbnck' against sub-serial No. 1909 for Rs. 6245,00 (Rupees six thousand two hundred and forty five only)" read "Rs, 3600,00 (Rupees three thousand and six hundred only)".
2 In the column 'Rate of drawback1 against item (v) of snub-serial No. 1924
foi existing entries the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"Rs. 3600.00 (Rupees three thousand and six hundred only) per quintal of
bangles.".
3. In the column 'Rate of diawbaek' against qub-sciial No. 1925 for the
existing entries the lollowing shall be substituted, namely :—
"Rs. 21.00 (Rupees twenty one only) per dozen.".
4. In the column 'Rate of drawback' against sub-serial No. (928 for the
existing entries Ihe following shall be substituted, namely ;—
"Rs 12.50 (Rupees twelve and paisc flily only) per dozen pniis."
This Public Nulice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25*Ji day
of August, 1978.
