S.O. 529 (E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, I, R. N. Chakraborty, Deputy Jute Commissioner, hereby rescind with eiFect from 28th August 1978 the lute Commissioner's notification No. S. O, 738 (E), dated 28th October, 1977 published in The Gazette of India Extraordinary of the same date, fixmg the maximum prices for purchase and side of jute and mesta at Calcutta.
