S.O, 530(E),—In exercise of the power* conferred by clause 8 of the Juto (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, I, R. N. Cbakraborty, Deputy Jute Commissioner, hereby rescind with effect from 28th August, 1978 the Jute Commissioner's notification No, S.O. 795(E) dated 30th November, 177, published in Tbe Gazette of India Extraordinary of the same date, fixing the maximum prices for purchase and sale of jute and mesta at various up-country markets.
