NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, tho 28th August, 1978
S.O. 531(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), read with rules 3 and 5 of the Delhi Transport Corporation (Members) Rules, 1973, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Mukand Lai Katyal, Member, Municipal Corporation of Delhi and resident of WZ-31, Uggar Sain Market, Ashok Nagar, New Delhi-18 and Shri P. P, Caprihan, Chief Secretary, Delhi Administration as Members of the Delhi Transport Corporation vice Shri Devki Nandan and Shri B. N. Tandon respectively and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 338(E), dated the 1st May. 1976, namely:—
In the said notification,
in paragraph 1,—•
for the entry against item (vi), the entry "Shri Mukand Lai Katyal, Member, Municipal Corporation of Delhi," and for the entry against item (xi), the entry "Shri P. P. Caprihan, Chief Secretary, Delhi Administration" shall be substituted.
