सा० का ०नि० 436 ( प्र) भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार संबंधित राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय यन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1966 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बजाती है, अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन) त्रिर्तीय संशोधन विनियम , 1978 है ।
(2 ) ये विनियम भारत के राजपत्न में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1966 की अनुसूची में, "उत्तर प्रदेश " शीर्षक तथा उसके अन्तर्गत दी गई प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATIONS
G.S.R. No. 436(E) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 , (61 of 1951 ) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service ( Cadre Rules , 1966 , the Central Government , in consultation with the State Government concerned , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixa- tion of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966 , namely:-
1. ( 1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Third Amend- ment Regulations , 1978 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Gazette of India .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, for the heading " Uttar Pradesh" and the entries occuring thercunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :-

सा०का ० मि० 437 ( अ) भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम , 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 (1951का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार संबंधित सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 1968 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय यन सेवा ( वेतन ) मातवें संशोधन नियम, 1978 है ।
( 2 ) ये नियम भारत के राजपत्ल में प्रकाशति होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम , 1968 की अनुसूची 111 में: ( 1 ) सारणी में "क- राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय यन सेत्रा के भमय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पद " शीर्षक के नीचे , उत्तर प्रदेण मंवर्ग के नीचे कालम 2 तथा 3 में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी अर्थात्:--

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette of India .
2. In Schedule III to the Indian Forest Service ( Pay) Rules 1968 :-
(i) In the table below the heading " A- post carrying pay above the time scale pay of the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments " for the existing entries in the columns 2 and 3 against the cadre of Uttar Pradesh , the following entries respectively shall be substituted namely: ---
