New Delhi, the 31st August, 1978

(RUBBER CONTROL)

S.O. S34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section ]3 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, No. S.O. 6O8(E), dated the 6th August, 1977, namely :—

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of August 1978", the figures, letters and words "30th day of September, 1978" shall be substituted.
