NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st September, 1978

S.O. 538

In the said notification :—

(i) under the heading "Members representing the Central Government" against item 1, for the entry, "the Deputy Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta", the following entry shall bo substituted, namely:

"The Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta".

(ii) for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted,

namely :—

"2. The Central Government hereby nominates Shri S. R. Das, Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta, as the Chairman of the said Board." [No. LDC/34/78-L. I1TJ B. B.
