IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 543 (E).—In exorcise of 1he powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes tho following amendments to (i) OGL No. 5/78 issued under ITC Order No. 11/78, dated the 3rd April, 1978 and (ii) OGL No. 8/78 issued under ITC Order No. 14/78 dated the 3rd April, 1978.
(1) In the Schedule to OGL No. 5/78. the description of item No. 51
shall be amended as under ;—
"Palm Oil, all types, excluding, however, (a) Refined, Bleached and Deodorised (RB.O) Palm Oil and (b) Palmoleinc^for all require- ments including edible purposes."
(2) In (ho Schedule to OGL No, 8/78, dated 3rd April, 1978, the descri-
ption of item No. 2(v) shall be Amended as under :—
