Customs
G.S.R. 445(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue) No. 148-Customs dated the 31st July, 1978, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby cxempta coffee, falling under Heading No. 1 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (Jl of 1975), when exported ou; of India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the ssid Second Schedule as is in excess of Rs. 400 per nnintnl
