S.O. 546(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Copy- right Act, 1957 (14 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri N. S. Mehta, Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser in the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Government of India, as mem- ber of the Copyright Board vice Shri J. C. Mathur. Shri N. S. Mehta shall hold office for the remaining term of the Copyright Board which is to expire on the 23rd September, 1980 or till the date he holds his present office in .he Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Government of India, whichever date is earlier.
