का० प्रा० 548 ( अ)/ 18/ भाई० डी० श्रार० ए० / 78--केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि मैसर्स अनोजो टायर्ज लिमिटेड , चालाकुडो, केरल , का जो एक भ्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम है और जिसका बावत उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 65) को धारा 15 के अधीन जांच की गई है प्रबंत्र देता रीति से किया जा रहा है जो अनुसूचित उद्योग श्रर्थात् रबर, टायर्ज तथा टयूरुङ्ग, तथा लोक हित के लिए अति अपायकर है;
अतः अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 रु द्वारा प्रश्न शक्तिरों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार व्यक्तियों के देते निकाय को ( जिसे इस श्रादेष्ठ में प्रबंध बोर्ड कहा गया है) प्रौर जितों निम्नलिाि सम्मिलित है , उक्त पूरे उपक्रम भर्थात्ः--
मैससे अपोलो टायर्ज लिमिटेड, चालाकुडः, केरल का तंत्र अपने हाथ में ले लेने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है:--

किन्स यह प्रबंध निम्नलिखित निर्वन्धनों और शती पर होगा अर्थातः--
(1) प्रबंध बोर्ड, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर जारी किए गए सभी निदेशों का पाचन करेगाः
(2) प्रबंध बोर्ड राजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन की तारीख से 3 वर्ष तक के लिए अपना पद भार सम्भालेगा ; और

( 3) केन्द्रीय सरकार प्रबंध बोर्ड के किसी भी सदस्य की नियुक्ति, यदि वह ऐसा करना आवश्यक समझती है तो , उसके पूर्व भी समाप्त कर सकती है ।
2. यह आदेश तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा जो राजपत्र में आदेश के प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रारम्भ होगी ।

S.O. 548 (E ) /18A/IDRA//78.-Whereas the Central Gov- ernment is of the opinion that Messrs Apollo Tyres Limited, Chalakudi , Kerala an industrial undertaking in respect of which an investigation has been made under section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the Scheduled industry, namely, Rubber tyres and tubes and to public interest ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the said Act , the Central Government hereby authorises the body of persons ( in this order referred to as the Board of Management) comprising :
1. Shri J. I. Mehta ,

2. Shri C. Subir Sen , National Rubber Manufacturers Limited, 19, Jawaharlal Nehru Road , Calcutta . Member

4. Shri S. K. Bhattacharya , Assistant General Manager, Industrial Finance Corporation of India , 4, Mangoe Lane, Calcutta . Member

Apollo Tyres Limited, to take over the management of the whole of the said undertaking , namely, Messrs . Chalakudi , Kerala subject to the following terms and con- ditions , namely :-
(i) the Board of Management shall comply with all directions issued from time to time by the Central Government ;
(ii) the Board of Management shall hold office for three years from the date of publication of the order in the Official Gazette ; and
(ili) the Central Government may terminate the appoint- ment of any of the persons comprising the Board of Management earlier if it considers necessary to do so.
This order shall have effect for a period of three years commencing on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

1. क्रम संख्या 6 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या अन्तःस्थापित की जायेगी अर्थात्ः-

In the said Order under the heading " Members " :-
After Serial No. 6 , the following shall be inserted, namely :-
