का० प्रा० 555 (प्र ) तमिल नाडु सरकार ने संसदीय श्रीर विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन श्रध्देश, 1976 की अनुसूची 20 में दिए गए निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के विस्तार में निर्दिष्ट कतिपय प्रादेशिक खंडों के नाम और सीमाओं में कुछ परिवर्तन प्रत्तावित किए हैं ;
और, निर्जीवन आयोग, संसदीय प्रोर विधान सभा निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र परिसीमन श्रादेश , 1976 को अद्यतन बनाने के लिए उस श्रादेश को अनुसूची 20 में निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के नाम और विस्तार के वर्णन में संशोधन करना आवश्यक और समीचीन समझता है;
श्रतः, अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 की धारा 9 को उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन भायोग उक्त आवेश में यथा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है--
1. अनुसूची के भाग क में
( 1) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के नाम " 6 -आर्कोनम " के स्थान पर " 6-घरक्कोनम" पढ़ें; और उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में 32- अर्कोनम (२० जा० ) " के स्थान पर, " 32-अरक्कोनन (अ ० जा० ) पढ़ें;
( 2 ) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के नाम " 9-वन्डिवाश" के स्थान पर, " 9-वंडा- वासी" पढ़ें; और उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में " 51 -बन्डिवाश (अ० जा० ) " के स्थान पर " 51 -वंडावासी ( प्र० जा. )" पढ़ें;
II . अनुसूची के भाग ख में
(1 ) 10- थाउजैन्ड लाइट्स में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में " 109-सत्यमूर्थी नगर, 110-अलवरपेट और, 104-टयनामपेट"

(2) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के नाम " 32-अर्कोनम ( श्र० जा० ) " के स्थान पर, " 32-अरक्कोनम (अ ० ज ०) पढ़ें; और निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में " अर्कोनम" शब्द जहां-जहां भी आए , उसके स्थान पर " अरक्कोनम" पढ़ें;
(3) 33 -शोलिन्धुर में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में "अर्कोनम तालुरु" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "अरक्कोनम तालुक " पढ़ें;
(4) निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के नाम " 51 वन्डिवाश (श्र ० जा० ) " के स्थान पर " 51 -त्रंडावासी ( अ० जा०) पढ़ें; और निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में "वम्डिवाश" शब्द, जहां जहां भी बाए , उसके स्थान पर " बंडावासी" पढ़ें;
(5) 52-पैरानामल्लुर में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में , "वन्डिवाश तालुक " के स्थान पर, "बंडावासी तालुक" पढ़ें;
( 6) 77- कृष्णगिरी में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के घर्णन में "नरालाल्लों" शब्ध के स्थान पर, " नावल्ली" पढ़ें;
(7) 78-बाणुर में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में " नरालपल्ली" शब्द के स्थान पर, "नलनिल्लो" पढ़ें;
( 8 ) 132-थेनी में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में विस्तार के वर्णन में "आरक्षित वन-क्षेत" शब्दों के बाद " और चिन्नामानुर नगरपालिका" शब्द जोड़े जाएंगे ;
(9) 155-कुलिथालाई में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में "और उसिलामपट्टी , कन्नडायामपट्टी और कलिनापट्टी प्राम" शब्य हटाए जाएंगे ;
(10) 215-कडायानल्लुर में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में "शेनकोटटाह" शब्व जहां- जहां भी श्राया है उसके स्थान पर "सेन गोंट्टाई" पढ़ें; और

People Act , 1950 , tre Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows :-
I. In Part A of the Schedule-
(11) 216-टेनकासी में, निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार के वर्णन में "शैनकोट्टाह तालुक" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "सेनगोट्टाई तालुक " पढ़ें ।
III. उक्त अनुसूची को परिशिष्ट में
(1) For the name of the Constituency " 6 - Arkoram " read "6 -Arakkonam " and in the extent of the Consti- tuency for " 32 - Arkonam ( SC ) " read " 32 - Arakkonam (SC)";
(1) मव (7) में " 7-सोमानाइ केनपट्टी " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "7-सोमान्थाक्कापट्टी " पढ़ें;
(2) For the name of the Constituency " 9-Wandiwash " read "9 - Vandavasi " ; and in the extent of the Con- stituency for " 51 -Wandiwash (SC ) " read " 51 -Vanda- vasi (SC)" ;
(2) मद ( 12 ) के नीचे शीर्षक में "वन्डियाश " शब्द , जहां-जहां भी श्राया है , उसके स्थान पर, "वंडायासी" पढ़ें;
H. In Part B of the Schedule-

(1) In 10-Thousand Lights-In the description of the extent of the constituency , for the entries " 109- Satyamurthi Nagar , 110 - Alwarpet and 104- Teynam- pet" read " 104- Teynampet , 109 -Satyamurthi Nagar and 110-Alwarpet";

(8) In 132- Theni , in the description of the extent of the constituency, after the words " Periyakulam taluk" insert the words " and Chinnamanur Municipality " ;
(9 ) मद ( 58 ) के नीचे शीर्षक में "शेनफोटटाह" शब्व जहां - जही भी आए, उस के स्थान पर " सेनगोटटाई " पढ़ें;
(9 ) In 155 -Kulithalai , in the description of the extent of the constituency, delete the words " and Usilampatti , Kannudayampatti and Kalingapatti villages ";
IV. उक्त अनुसूची के अंत में, टिप्पणी ( 1 ) में, " 1975 के अगस्त मास के प्रथम दिन" शब्दो और अंकों के स्थान पर " 1977 के अगस्त मास के प्रथम दिन " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे।
(10) In 190-Kolathur (SC) in the description of the extent of the constituency for the words "Tiruchirapalli taluk " , substitute the words "Tiruchirapalli district" ;

(1) In item (7) for the entry " 7. Somanaickenpatti " read "7. Somanyakkappatti";
(2) In tre heading under item ( 12) , for the word "Wandi- wash" wherever it occurs read " Vandavasi " , S.O. 555 (E) . Whereas the Government of Tamil Nadu have intimated some alterations in the names and boun- daries of certain territorial divisions referred to in the des- cription of constituencies given in Schedule XX of the Deli- mitation of Paraliamentary and Assembly Order , 1976 ; Constituencies
(3) In item (18 ) for the entry " 2- Adivarahanallur " read "Sri Adhivarahanallur " ;
(4) In item (22 ) for the entry "4 -Fanjapalli " read "4 . Panjapalli";
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the name and description of constituencies referred to in Schedule XX of ' he Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1976, to bring the Order up- to-date ;
