Sub : Export against Commodity Credit of Rs. 100 million (1974) extended
by the Govt. of India to the Govt. of Bangladesh.
F. No. 5/15/77-EI.—Attention is invited to the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 3O-ETC(PN)/78 dated 26-5-1978 read with Public Notice No. 36-ETC(PN)/78, dated 5-6-1978, on the above subject.
2. In paragraph 3 of the Public Notice No. 3O-ETC(PN)/78 dated 26-5-1978, it was provided that the last date for signing of contract under the aforesaid Credit will be 31st May, 1978 and tho last dato for disbursement will be 31st August, 1978. The position has been reviewed; and it has been decided to extend the last date for signing of contracts uplo 31-1-1979 and the last date for disbursement unto 30-6-1979.
