NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th September, 1978
S.O. 558(E) In pursuance of clause 3 of the Cottiery Control Order, 1945, as continued in force by section 16 of the Essential Commodities Ac\ 1955 {10 of 1955), and as recommended by the Coal Conservation and Development Advisory Committee, the Central Government, hereby prescribes that the classes and grades into which Dishergarh Seam, West of Salma Dytoe, shall be categorised shall bo as follows:—
Dishergarh seam coal as b"lng mined at Chinakuri, Raniaanj, Sitalpur, Barmondia and Parhelia will, with immediate effect oe treated as 'Coking Coal'.
