NOTIFICATION

CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 454(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section '(I) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Ccntrnl Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of the Revenue and Banking No. 342-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :—

In the said notification, after the word "Bangladesh" in the two >placcs

where it occurs, the words "or Romania" shall be inserted.
