NOTIFICATION
S.O. 559(E).—la exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section I of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, (59 of 1973) and in continuation of notification No. V. 27020/1 )/74(A)-Homoeo. dated the 30th July, 1974, the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of September, 1978 as the date on which the provisions of Chapters 2, 3 and 4 of the said Act shall com© into force in all the States (except the States of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura) and the Union Territories of Chandigarh and Delhi.
