ORDER

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 561(E).—No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(71).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirtyseventh Amendment Order, 1978.

2. In Part 'A', Schedule I, to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the following item shall be added after S. No. 22(xiv) :—

"(xv)—Andalusite".
