NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd September, 1978
G.S.R. 470(11).-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964)^ and sub-rule (3) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government Jrereby appoints Shri Raja Ram Chaudhury on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India, established under the said Act, in place of Dr, C. H. Hanumantha Rao and directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. O.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely:—
In the said notification for entry 11, the following entry shall be substituted,
semely :—
"*11. Shri Raja Ram Chaudhary, Payalpur, P. O. Waltergam, District
Basti (U.P.)."
