NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd September, 1978.
S.O. 564(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) read with Rules 4 of the Shipping Development Fund Committee (General) Rules, 1960, the Cen- tral Government hereby appoint Shri S. K. Rai, Joint Secy, and Legal Adviser to the Government of India, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs as a member of the Shipping Develpment Fund Committee with immediate effect and make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in :hc late Ministry of Transport & Communications (Department of Transport—Transport Wing) No. S. O. 628 dated 17th March, 1959 namely :—
In the said notification,
for S. No, 5 and entries relating thereto following shall be substituted, namely :—
'Shri S, K. Rai, Joint Secretary & Legal Adviser to the Government of India, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs.'
