S.O. 566 (E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by section

18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951

(65 of 1951), and in partial modification of the order of the

Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Develop-

ment No. S.O. 601(E)/l8A/IDRA/74, dated the 8th October,

1974, the Central Government hereby authorises with immediateeffect the following Board of Management to take over the management of Messrs. Eastern Distilleries Private Limited, Calcutta :— (1097) 652 GI/73
