S67(B)/18AA/n>RA/78 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in partial modification of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 602(E)/18AA/ IDRA/4, dated the 9th October, 1974, the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri P. N. Ramachandran, Chief Executive, Messrs Motor and Machinery Manufacturers Limited, Calcutta, to take over the management of Messrs Motor and Machinery Manufacturers Limited, Calcutta.
