FOREIGN TRAVEL TAX
G.S.R. 472(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 46 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1971 (32 of 1971) the Central Government being satisfied that it ia necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ihe Government of lndifi in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) G.S.R. No. 299(E) [No. 1/F1T/78-F. No. 206/8/78-FIA] dated the 24th May 1978, namely ;—
In the said notification, in the proviso, for the words "Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation" wherever they occur, the words "Ministry of External Affairs" shall be substituted.
