ORDER
New Delhi the 26th September, 1978
1102 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] And whereas the duration of the said Order was further CD of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that :— extended upto the 26th September, 1978 ;And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year ;
(a) the enactments specified in the Third Schedule to the said Act shall not apply to the industrial under- taking known as Messrs. Sen Raleigh Limited, Calcutta; and
Now. therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 26th September, 1979.
[File No. 2/21/75-CUC] Cb) the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force to which the said industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of publication of that Order hi the Official Gazette, and all the rights, privileges obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date, shall remain suspended upto the 26th September. 1976 ;
