ORDER

S.O. 569(E)/18FB/IDRA/78.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 546(E)/18FB/IDRA/75 dated the 27th September, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Gov- ernment, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1103) 657 GI/78

U04 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-^SEC. 3(ii)] And whereas the duration of the said Order was further extended upto the 26th September, 1978 ; (1) of section 18FB of the Industrie* (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that :— And whereas :he Central Government is satisfied thrnt the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year ; (a) the enactments specified in the Third Schedule lo the said Act shall not apply to the industrial under- taking known as Messrs Ancillary Industries (Lugs) Private Limited, Calcutta ; and

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 26th September. 1979.

(b) the operation of all contracts, assurance* of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force to which the said Industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of publication of that Order in the Official Gazette, and all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date, shall remain Mispeitffcd upto the 26th September, J 976 ;
